The French Broad Place is Brevard's newest condominium complex and is unusual in that it houses both commercial and residential units. The first floor and second floors are dedicated to commercial while the third and fourth are resididential.
The building was named after the third oldest river in the world, the 210 mile French Broad River. The river provides the area with some of its best outdoor entertainment with fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.
